1. USAGE

Roller rotary kiln is mainly used for magnesium oxide, calcium oxide,

 magnesium carbonate, magnetic materials (lithium cobalt oxide, lithium

 iron phosphate, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, cobalt oxalate, 

cobalt and other magnetic materials) and other power materials, rare earth 

chemical power material reduction, drying, decomposition, calcination, 

etc.. The roller rotary kiln lining is pure fiber structure. 

 

The roller uses high temperature stainless steel (we can line with aluminum 

oxide or silicon nitride ceramic). The roller rotary kiln uses frequency motor 

or adjustable speed motor to drive, and maximum temperature is 1200°C. According to the products process requirements, the kiln can pass into

 nitrogen, ammonia gas, ammonia decomposition gas, hydrogen, oxidizing 

atmosphere and acid gases; the roller angle can be adjusted according to 

technology. The roller rotary kiln has many advantages like high reliability, 

lower power consumption, and simple maintenance.
